SOC-PROOF is not responsible for indirect losses caused by improper use of a service or violation of a social network's rules. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that a platform will not restrict an account or remove content.
2. Services
SOC-PROOF provides services for promoting accounts and content on supported social networks.
If a service includes a warranty, restoration is available only within the stated scope and period. If the starting amount has fallen below its value at order launch, that difference must be restored before requesting a refill.
If a service has no separate warranty period but is marked “non-drop”, the standard warranty period is 30 days.
We do not guarantee that new followers will interact with an account. Any guarantee applies only to the parameters stated in the selected service description.
If an order link becomes unavailable during processing, cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the service terms and actual order status.
You may not use soc-proof.su to promote content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the rules of the relevant social network. Make sure the account is public and the order link is correct.
3. Refund policy
Funds credited to the soc-proof.su internal balance are used to pay for services on the website. Refund availability depends on the payment method, transaction status, and applicable payment system rules.
An order usually cannot be cancelled after processing has started. If a service cannot be delivered and the system supports cancellation, funds are returned to the internal balance.
Review the link, quantity, and selected service before submitting an order. Orders containing incorrect information may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Fraudulent payments or unauthorized payment methods may result in account termination.
Do not run multiple services for the same target and purpose at the same time; correct delivery and refunds cannot be guaranteed in that case.
